The Savvis customer now has two options for any support or customer service. As always, Savvis maintains three “Follow-The-Sun” Network Operations Centers around the world and can be reached directly at 877-728-8477. Additionally, the customer can now also reach out to their dedicated account representative or the BCM customer care group at 800-543-4226.

Every Savvis customer will have an experienced BCM Account Manager dedicated to making sure that your Savvis account is managed with our “White Glove” approach to service, current pricing, contract negotiations and future sales opportunities.
