JOHN CUNNINGHAM - CEO
John Cunningham, CEO, is a co-founder of Business Communications Management.
He is responsible for BCM's strategic planning and revenue growth. Mr. Cunningham
sits on the Board of directors for McGraw Communications, a competitive local
exchange carrier, as well as on the Qwest Advisory Council.
With 15 years of voice and data management experience, Mr. Cunningham is adept at
matching customer requirements with carrier offerings.
He began his career as a sales manager for Centex Telemanagement, serving as
its youngest branch manager. At different times, he managed offices in New York,
New Jersey, Philadelphia, Massachusetts, and the Baltimore Washington DC corridor.

FRANK AHEARN - PRESIDENT
Mr. Ahearn has an extensive and diverse background in the communications and
data management industries. A co-founder of Business Communications Management
in 1992, Mr. Ahearn assembled a team of approximately 25 professionals, transforming
BCM into one of the most respected communications consulting firms in the US.
Mr. Ahearn oversees all aspects of the business and negotiates and organizes the
agreements with all of BCM's carriers, vendors and partners. He also spearheads
BCM's new donation Affinity Program for non-profit groups and is on the Board of
Directors for sister company McGraw Communications.
Before starting BCM, Mr. Ahearn was the New York Sales Manager for Centex Telemanagment.
Mr. Ahearn is also the founder of the Francis X. Ahearn, Sr. Foundation, in memory of his father.

JAY MONAGHAN - CHIEF SERVICE OFFICER
Mr. Monaghan, the Chief Service Officer for Business Communications Management, is responsible
for overseeing and managing BCM's Client Services. All of BCM customer provisioning, installation,
inquires and retention are a focus of Mr. Monaghan.
Mr. Monaghan has extensive sales management experience, overseeing sales in New Jersey,
Philadelphia, Maryland and Connecticut, primarily for Centex Telemanagement. This experience
has provided Mr. Monaghan a unique perspective for his role at BCM. Due to his efforts, BCM has
consistently maintained over a 95% customer retention rate, well above industry standards. This
is an addition to BCM'S consistently high customer growth.
Mr. Monaghan earned his bachelor of business administration from Iona College. He began his career
in sales with Automatic Data Processing

BARBARA DUNN - CFO
Responsible for financial planning, reporting and operations for Business Communications
Management and sister company McGraw Communications. Ms. Dunn joined the companies in 2002.
Previously, Dunn was CEO of Alto Technology Resources, a subsidiary of ChevronTexaco, joined
Texaco's corporate consolidations group in 1991 from Andersen LLP. Over the course of the next
four years she held various positions involving internal and external financial reporting and
consolidation before being appointed as assistant to the vice president and comptroller in 1995.
She was named manager of corporate accounting services two years later, and appointed assistant to
the president of worldwide exploration in 1998. In January 2000, Dunn was promoted to assistant to
the chairman and CEO of Texaco. She was named the general manager of integration for the ChevronTexaco
merger in December 2000.
Dunn earned a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Iona College in New York
and is a Certified Public Accountant.

MIKE O'NEILL - DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES
As the Director of Client Services, Mr. O'Neill oversees all of customer service and provisioning. His
responsibilities include customer retention and the timely implementation of all orders. In addition,
Mr. O'Neill runs the Project Manager group of BCM who act as single point of contact for some of our
larger customers.
Promoted to the director level in 2002, Mr. O'Neill started seven years ago. He began the BCM customer service
division and also had a hand in developing the agent program.
Before McGraw, he served as a manager of the purchasing department for the Wall Street firm Brown Brothers
Harriman & Co.
