Business Communications Management was founded in 1992 to help business clients manage their telecommunications solutions and vendors. Initially, when BCM's three partners weren't designing cable plants or writing RFP's for phone systems, they were working out of a client's conference room as a virtual telecom department, taking trouble calls and making sure that service providers were responsive to the needs and wants of their customers.
Â
Twenty years later, the setting has changed but not the mission. BCM is an award winning service provider and acknowledged market leader employing many dozens of talented professionals who, from their offices in the heart of Manhattan, provide the highest levels of service and technical support to thousands of business customers across the globe.
Â
Today, BCM operates as an offsite voice and data department to complement the IT groups of business clients, saving them both human and capital resources that can be deployed elsewhere in their organizations. On behalf of clients, BCM leverages its industry relationships and experience to source, engineer, optimize and manage telecom solutions and applications that drive revenue and overall business performance.
Â
The more your business relies on communications the more important it is to have an experienced and trusted advocate at your side to make sure your network design, service mix, service quality, applications, pricing and customer service are at optimum levels. BCM is uniquely experienced and qualified to be that advocate on a project or ongoing management basis.
